OSC IB Revision Courses
Oxford Study Courses has been running IB Revision Courses since 1990, and each year over 1500 students attend our courses held in Oxford and Cambridge Universities in the UK, Harvard and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, USA, and in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, and now in Hong Kong!
OSC is a highly professional company, specialising solely in the International Baccalaureate. The team has considerable experience and expertise in the requirements of the Diploma, and in providing vacation time revision courses that complement the work done in IB schools.
Our Founder, Eileen Polgreen, and our IB Director, David Russell are both former IB teachers, and we receive regular input to the detailed design of our courses from our teachers. David Russell marks IB examination papers and visits IB schools all through the year, and he has a remarkable knowledge of the developments and details of the IB Diploma and the curriculum of all of its subjects.
Our teachers come from top class international IB schools throughout the world, and most have been working with us for many years. They have become experts in delivering short sharp revision courses that really help students move forward in their studies in a very short time. New teachers join us each year as we expand, mostly through recommendation by members of the existing faculty, and are given mentors for their first session with us from the existing team.
The format of our revision course is perfect for students to get the most academically and socially during their time with us. The quality of their design is such that they have been copied by all the newcomers in the market over the past few years! We treat students as responsible young adults and guide them carefully through their new experience. They respond fantastically and really grow through the experience.
